Work Environment

Company procedures are designed to allow field employees to spend the majority of their time doing what they do best. Our systems keep employees on track saving time and frustration.

Upon arriving at our shop we will provide you with transportation to and from job sites.

Our hours of operation are from 6:40 a.m., to 3:45 p.m. Field employees deploy from the shop before 6:45 a.m., arrive at job site before 7:00 a.m., and return to the shop at 3:45 p.m. A 45 minute lunch break is taken inbetween. Occasionally overtime is available on nights or weekends if desired.

Our employee turnover has continued to remain low and we work hard to keep it that way.

Safety

N. Chasen & Son is proud to claim one of the best safety records in the area. In adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations we provide respirators, gloves, coveralls, dust masks and other necessary safety equipment when needed. Weekly safety meetings are held covering topics relevant to our services; first aid training is provided by the American Red Cross.
