Our Craftsmen

In addition to having the requisite skills and experience to provide our customers with the quality and value they expect, we perform drug tests and criminal background checks prior to hiring. Random drug testing is performed periodically. Also, every painter that works on your project is an employee of N. Chasen and Son. We do not use day laborers or subcontractors as painters on job sites. We are licensed, fully insured and a certified EPA lead-safe contractor.

Our Process

We begin our process with the end result in mind: that all-important result is a quality work product delivered to your complete satisfaction. Before the first can of paint is opened, a project manager will visit your home to ensure we understand your needs. We will provide you with a complete, detailed estimate and answer any of your questions. You can be assured that your contract includes all of the necessary products and labor to complete the quoted project. There are no hidden fees and no surprise up-charges.

Expert Craftsmen

Your work will be performed by expert craftsmen. The quality of the finished product is founded on meticulous preparation to include protecting your exterior landscaping and interior furnishings, as well as making sure all surfaces are correctly prepared. Careful preparation, expert application, final detailing and exacting cleanup are part of our every day work processes to deliver the quality results you expect.

Project Manager

Your project manager will ensure that your project is completed as contracted. Any question or concern that you may have has an answer that is only a phone call away. The job is not complete until it meets with our high standards and your satisfaction.
